NOT your REGULAR Hamburgers
Stuffed Hamburger
2 lbs Ground Beef
Stuffing:
1 green onion minced fine
1 med clove garlic minced fine
2 tsp any kind of grated cheese
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Stuffing: Mix this well. Horseradish Sauce? With your imagination there is no telling what you might come up with.
Start with 8 patties. I use an iron skillet to flatten them to about 5" in diameter. Spread your stuffing on 4 of the patties to about 3/4" from edge. Put the remaining patties on top and kind of crimp around the edges to seal. When cooking them on a grill, you must turn them a lot so that one side doesn't cook faster than the other and they don't come apart. I sometimes put them on a cookie sheet and cook them in the oven for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
